Daily Itinerary
2 dives trip
Your adventure begins at 8:00 a.m. when you arrive at the Sidab Dive Center to complete paperwork and select your gear. Once on board, our dive guides provide safety briefings and introduce the dive sites. The trip includes two tank dives at different locations, separated by a one hour surface interval where you can relax on the boat or snorkel nearby.
After the second dive, we return to the marina where you can shower, log your dives, and unwind. The typical schedule runs from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., though timings may vary depending on the site and sea conditions.
For those who wish to extend their adventure, an optional third dive is available at Cat Island, just a minute away by boat.
Guests continuing into the night dive can enjoy lunch, drinks, and time by the swimming pool before heading out for a magical night dive to complete the day.
Price
2 Tank Dive
OMR 55 / person
Includes full dive gear, dive guide, and boat refreshments. Without dive gear: OMR 45/person. Partial gear rental is possible.
Additional Dive Add-On

Night Dive
One tank evening trip
Our night dive is a one tank trip, most often conducted at Cat Island. For groups of five or more divers, we can also arrange the dive at the Al Munassir Wreck or one of the Bandar Khairan sites.
These dives are truly magical, with glowing plankton and bioluminescence lighting up the water, alongside crabs, lobsters, shrimps, and soft corals. To make the experience even more special, we often dive with a black light that reveals stunning colors and details.
Guests report to the dive center at 5:30 p.m. to complete paperwork and set up gear before heading out to the site. If diving at Cat Island, the group returns to the marina around 7:30 p.m. For other sites, the return is typically closer to 8:30 p.m.

With Full Gear
OMR 45 / person

Protected area diving from Seeb Port Center.
All of our dive sites are located within the Daymaniyat Protected Area, just 20 to 30 minutes from Seeb Marina. Many of the sites are perfect for beginners, offering relaxed reef dives teeming with marine life. Most of our dive sites have little to no current, as tides have minimal effect in this area, creating calm and comfortable conditions for divers of all levels.
The reefs are home to numerous fish species such as parrotfish, clownfish, groupers, and tuna. These fish depend on the coral structures for protection and feeding. The area also hosts a large diversity of soft corals, which create colourful formations and give the reef a unique and spectacular underwater landscape. Many invertebrates, including crabs, starfish, lobsters, and molluscs, live among the coral reefs and help maintain the balance of the ecosystem.
The islands are also an important nesting site for sea turtles, especially the Hawksbill Sea Turtle and the Green Sea Turtle, which come to the beaches to lay their eggs.
In addition, the reefs host stingrays and many species of moray eels, including the impressive Giant Honeycomb Moray, which hides among the coral and rocks. With a bit of luck, divers may also encounter the famous Zebra Shark resting on the sandy seabed or Mobula Rays. During the season, the waters around the islands can also attract the enormous but gentle Whale Shark, the largest fish in the ocean.
Because of this exceptional diversity, the islands are considered one of Oman’s most important marine conservation areas and a global hotspot for coral reef biodiversity.
