Reporting Time
8:00 AM at Seeb Port Marina Dive Center.
Guests are requested to arrive by 8:00 AM to complete paperwork, set up dive gear, and prepare for the boat transfer to the Dimaniyat Islands.
Total Duration
Approximately 3 hours including boat transfer.
After completing the dive, guests may continue snorkeling at the island while others finish their activities.
Price
OMR 55 all-inclusive.
Price covers one Discover Scuba session. This program is limited to one dive only.
Session Overview
Small-group practical training with instructor-led progression.
Short theory briefing conducted by the instructor before the in-water session.
Practical training takes place in small groups of 2 to 4 participants, lasting approximately 1 hour.
The actual dive duration depends on each participant’s comfort level. If confident and comfortable, guests may dive to a maximum depth of 12 meters, fully assisted by the instructor.
Group size is determined by swimming ability and prior experience. For non-swimmers, the session is conducted on a one-to-one basis with the instructor.
Medical Questionnaire Requirement
All divers must complete a medical questionnaire before participation.
If you answer “YES” to any question, you must provide a valid medical certificate issued within the last 12 months stating “FIT TO DIVE” with the clinic’s official stamp and contact information.
Conditions To Declare
Have you suffered, or do you suffer from any of the following?
- Asthma or wheezing
- Brain, spinal cord or nervous disorder
- Chest surgery
- Chronic bronchitis or persistent chest complaint
- Chronic sinus conditions
- Collapsed lung (pneumothorax)
- Diabetes mellitus (sugar diabetes)
- Ear surgery
- Neurological conditions including strokes, fainting, blackouts, or seizures
- Heart disease of any kind
- Recurrent ear problems when flying
- Tuberculosis or another long-term lung disease
- Anxiety or panic attacks
Current Symptoms
Are you currently suffering from any of the following?
- Breathlessness
- Chronic ear discharge or infection
- High blood pressure
- Pregnancy or possibility of pregnancy

Please also declare recent illness, operations, or medications.
- Other illness or operation within the last month
- Perforated eardrum
